Welcome to Krinai! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations governing your use of Krinai's AI applicant screening platform, APIs, SDKs, and website.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

By accessing Krinai, you agree to:

  • Use the services in full compliance with local employment and anti-discrimination laws.
  • Ensure that AI screening criteria are set up fairly and do not generate discriminatory bias against applicants.
  • Refrain from reverse engineering our AI models, overloading the API, or circumventing system rate limits.

2. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your tenant workspace. If you detect any unauthorized access, you must notify security@krinai.io immediately.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription:

  • Starter: 3 active job posts, up to 50 applicants/month. Free of charge.
  • Pro: Monthly subscription of $3.99 covering up to 1,000 candidates/month, plus PAYG rates for overages.
  • Pay As You Go (PAYG): Standard rate of $0.005 per screened candidate. Paid in bulk when jobs close.
  • Billing Platform: All subscriptions are billed via Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's merchant policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Krinai retains all rights, title, and interest in and to our proprietary AI evaluation methodologies, ranking formulas, radar-chart visualization tools, software, and brand assets.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Limitation of Liability

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, Krinai provides the services "as is" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances will Krinai be liable for lost hiring pipelines, business interruptions, or data losses resulting from system downtimes or AI mis-evaluations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
