Thank you for using Krinai! We strive to provide the best AI applicant screening platform to help you streamline your hiring process. As our payment processing is powered by Lemon Squeezy, our refund policy complies with standard software merchant terms.

1. Subscription Plans

For our recurring subscription plans (e.g., Krinai Pro):

  • 14-Day Refund Window: You can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with our service and have not heavily utilized candidate screening features.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. When cancelled, your active subscription remains valid until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

2. Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) & Screening Credits

For our Pay-As-You-Go models where charges are incurred based on candidates screened:

  • Unused Credits: Refunds are eligible for unused credit balances or pre-purchased credits within 14 days of transaction, provided no candidate reports have been generated or unlocked with those credits.
  • Used Credits: Once candidate resumes have been parsed, scored, and processed by our AI algorithms, the associated credits are non-refundable due to the underlying compute and API costs incurred in delivering the results.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at billing@krinai.io with your purchase details, invoice ID, and registered account email address.
  • Alternatively, you can request a refund directly through the link provided in your Lemon Squeezy email receipt.

4. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
